G4 Building has four generations of skilled workmanship in its history, hence the name G4. It started with William Jeffree, born in 1877. Today, his great-grandson, Carl Jeffree, a builder and carpenter, owns and manages G4 Building on the Sunshine Coast. His team have combined building and home renovation experience of over 20 years.
All the skills you need for new bathroom, kitchen, deck and home renovations are there in one small team tiler, carpenter, bricklayer, waterproofer, plasterer and painter. G4 can also arrange licensed plumbing and electrical work.
Happy with past renovation work, repeat clients and referrals have seen G4 Building grow in reputation and size. Residential and commercial clients speak highly of the personal service, attention to detail and being able to live or work comfortably on a clean site while a G4 builder is working round them. Carl Jeffree - Owner
Carl Jeffree always knew he was meant to be a builder. His great grandfather, William Jeffree, was the first builder in the family. Carl's grandfather (Harold) continued the trade and his dad (Howard) was a skilled architect. The Jeffree family have many cherished memories when they look at existing buildings designed by Howard and built by Harold.
Carl was originally located on the Central Coast of NSW but has recently relocated to Burnside on the Sunshine Coast and is qualified with a university degree in design and certificates in carpentry and building. He is fully licensed, insured and a member of the Master Builders Association.
Carl may have inherited his building design and construction skills but the passion is all his own. From a young age, he always had a hammer and nails in his hands, and his dream was to build and renovate homes that people could enjoy every day, just as his grandfather did.View the home renovations gallery.
